After all that we’ve been through.
At first I was like shoo-wop shoo-wop, my baby! But now I’m like oohhhhhh, Sandy go home, Sandy Sandy go home, Sandy Sandy ggggggggggggggoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!
Right now it is raining heavily and apparently the best/worst is yet to come. Thanks to Frank for that one.
Now for some people this is a wonderful time to rest, to not have to go anywhere and to lounge around the house in leisure. Sure, I will do that for a while, but eventually I will get restless and want to go outside, yet I wont. ONLY because I know it isn’t safe.
Yesterday, my uncle called me to make sure I was OK and that was cool. Then my grandpa called me today as well. So apparently I have someone to watch over me, and that’s a good thing. A very good thing.
Something else that is good is that I can do some cleaning up, which for me seems to be a never ending story but at least I am not alone, for I am here with you. Lol! I know that cheezy but oh well!
It is times like this that I am glad to have so many movies/games to enjoy
I obviously have power and I hope that continues. I also have food and drink and running water and my family is safe so really there are reasons to be thankful for what I got.
Still, I ask Sandy……why oh why oh why?

I read your piece. I like it and I have already put it on Facebook for everyone to read it.

Thanks, how are things in your area now?
